Returns + Exchanges
We do our best through photos and details to convey the awesomeness that is our product so that you know what to expect. We are working on getting our product into more doors so that you can experience our products in person.
That being said, because our business is a small operation we can not afford to offer refunds at this time. Thank you for understanding!
If you wish to exchange your item, we will need you to ship back your unused product within 5 days of receiving your order and we will gladly exchange your purchase for a different color or style, or you may use your store credit at a later time.
It will be your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping with tracking attached (because we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages). Once the order is received we will ensure that the item has not been used or damaged and will then notify you by mail that the exchange has been processed (usually within 5 days). If the return is because we made an error, we will pay for the return shipping.
