Our products are usually shipped out within 2-5 business days from your order if they are in stock. If it is a larger piece of furniture or commission please email us before purchase. If you have any special shipping needs (rush delivery, overnight shipping) please email us before you order at info@glamstudiobk.com
We ship our products in USPS and UPS certified boxes and envelopes to ensure that our product reaches you safely. If it’s large furniture then we will have to ship via freight. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please double check the address on your initial order as well as on any return packages, we want to make sure that our product doesn't get sent to any of the wrong people!
